Ingredientes

  • Canned or possibly fresh peaches (8 or possibly 9)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Slice peaches to cover 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice. Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Alternately add in flour mix and 1/2 c. lowfat milk to creamed mix.
  2. Combine sugar and cornstarch. Sprinkle over top. Pour boiling water over top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
