Ingredientes

  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine 1 1/2 c. flour and yeast. Heat lowfat milk (just till hot). Add in sugar, shortening, salt, egg and dry mix and beat 3 min. Add in flour. Shape into balls and let rise 1 hour (till double). Punch down, roll out dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cut into rolls and place in greased pan. Let rise till double. Bake at 400 degrees till golden (about 20 min).
