Ingredientes

  • 3 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg, unbeaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Sift dry ingredients together; set aside. Combine margarine, sugar and egg with vanilla in a second bowl. Cream on high speed. Add in lowfat sour cream and half of flour mix, blend on medium speed 1 minute. Add in remaining flour mix, mixing by hand.
  2. Divide dough in half; roll on floured surface to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min on greased sheet. Cookies may be iced with favorite frosting.
