Ingredientes

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 7 to 8 1/2 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. lukewarm water. Beat together sugar, salt, Large eggs, and butter. Be sure lowfat milk is cooled to lukewarm. Add in to sugar mix. Slowly add in 1-2 c. flour. Add in dissolved yeast. Gradually add in remaining flour. Let rise in a greased bowl for approximately 1 hour or possibly till double. Shape as desired. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or possibly till brown. This is a moist, spongy dough and these rolls freeze quite well. Frost and add in nuts, raisins, cinnamon, butter, and sugar as desired.
