- Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. lukewarm water. Beat together sugar, salt, Large eggs, and butter. Be sure lowfat milk is cooled to lukewarm. Add in to sugar mix. Slowly add in 1-2 c. flour. Add in dissolved yeast. Gradually add in remaining flour. Let rise in a greased bowl for approximately 1 hour or possibly till double. Shape as desired. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or possibly till brown. This is a moist, spongy dough and these rolls freeze quite well. Frost and add in nuts, raisins, cinnamon, butter, and sugar as desired.
