Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. each brown sugar and oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. In bowl mix all ingredients well. Using scant 1/4 c. batter for each pancake, bake on warm griddle till golden on both sides. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
