Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 quart. half and half
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 gal. 2% lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs in blender; then add in sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend whip cream. Add in all together in ice cream freezer. You can add in strawberries, crushed peaches, mashed bananas, chocolate chips, or possibly chocolate syrup. Freeze in freezer till set. Makes 1 gallon.
