Ingredientes

  • 2-1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 c. (3-day old) bread, use crust
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. In a 9 x 13 inch glass dish, mix lowfat milk and large eggs with fork. Add in vanilla, salt, cinnamon, bread, raisins and brown sugar. The crustier the bread, the better the pudding. Lightly fold in the last 6 ingredients. Bake in large pan of water, 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till knife comes out clean. Can divide recipe for smaller amount.
