Big Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound frzn bread dough
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. minced pecans (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough into 8 equal sections. On a floured surface, roll each section into a long rope. Brush each rope on all sides with melted butter/butter. Stir together granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in shallow pan. Roll one rope in mix to coat evenly and shape into coil. Repeat procedure for all 8 ropes.Place coils in greased 8 inch round baking pan so which sides are touching and end of coil is on bottom. Sprinkle minced pecans on top. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise overnight in refrigerator. Remove and let stand 15-20 min before baking. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-35 min. Glaze with 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tsp lowfat milk. Makes 8 large buns.
