Ingredientes

  • 1 quart lowfat milk
  • 6 x Large eggs- beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. heavy cream nutmeg Rum

Direcciones

  1. Mix together first 4 ingredients & reheat to 160 degrees, using a candy thermometer to check temperature.
  2. Add in tsp. vanilla & cold by placing pan in bowl of ice cubes & stirring till cooled.
  3. Pour in a bowl that has 1 c. heavy cream, whipped.
  4. Add in rum.
  5. Garnish with nutmeg sprinkled over top.
