.%20%20I%20can%E2%80%99t%20wait%20to%20try%20the%20other%20three%20flavors.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20we%20were%20at%20spin%20class%20Janessa%20gave%20me%20the%20awesome%20news%20that%20class%20didn%E2%80%99t%20start%20until%209%20am%20today.%20%20We%20took%20advantage%20of%20the%20extra%20time%20and%20went%20to%20Dunkin%20for%20coffee.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99m%20not%20really%20sure%20why%20the%20woman%20gave%20me%20so%20much%20milk.%20%20I%20got%20a%20large%20latte%20with%20skim%20milk%20and%20coconut/cinnamon%20syrup.%20%20%E2%80%98Twas%20good.%20%20And%20fun%20to%20have%20done%20spinning%20and%20coffee%20before%209am.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESummer%20school%20is%20going%20to%20suck.%20%20That%E2%80%99s%20all%20I%E2%80%99ll%20say%20about%20that%20for%20now.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20lunch%20I%20packed%20a%20turkey%20sandwich.%20%20Applegate%20Farms%20Smoked%20Turkey,%20French%20Onion%20Light%20Laughing%20Cow,%20and%20a%20Cinnamon%20Raisin%20Bagel%20Thin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBaby%20carrots.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20some%20dark%20chocolate%20mint%20m&m%E2%80%99s.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20sat%20at%20Panera%20setting%20up%20my%20phone%20(my%20new%20phone!%20for%20the%20final%20time!)%20and%20ate%20a%20chocolate%20croissant.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20surprisingly%20good.%20%20Chocolate%20croissants%20are%20a%20favorite%20food%20that%20I%20almost%20never%20eat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20dinner%20time%20rolled%20around%20I%20did%20some%20hardcore%20wife-ing.%20%20I%20roasted%20a%20whole%20chicken!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20followed%20a%20recipe%20from%20Kitchen%20Counter%20Cooking%20School%20and%20it%20was%20easy%20as%20pie%20chicken.%20%20We%20started%20with%20a%203%20lb%208%20oz%20free-range%20bird.%20%20I%20made%20a%20mixture%20of%20butter,%20lemon%20juice,%20and%20fresh%20rosemary%20that%20I%20rubbed%20under%20and%20on%20top%20of%20the%20skin.%20%20Then%20I%20stuffed%20the%20inner%20cavity%20with%20the%20juiced%20lemons%20and%20a%20few%20bulbs%20of%20garlic.%20%20Baked%20at%20425*%20for%201%20hr%2015%20minutes%20with%20occasional%20basting.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20turned%20out%20wonderfully!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20ate%20a%20chicken%20thigh%20sans%20skin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20sides%20of%20roasted%20zucchini,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20sliced%20carrots%20cooked%20in%20brown%20sugar%20and%20butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20a%20winner%20of%20a%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThough%20not%20that%20appropriate%20for%20the%20weather.%20%20Bring%20on%20the%20chilled%20salads%20and%20gazpacho.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESmoothies%20for%20dessert%20helped%20us%20to%20cool%20back%20down.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20two,%20I%20blended%20%E2%80%93%201.75%20cups%20Silk%20Vanilla%20Almond%20Milk,%20.25%20cup%20frozen%20blueberries,%201%20large%20frozen%20banana,%203%20Tbsp%20malted%20milk%20powder,%20and%201/2%20Tbsp%20almond%20extract.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20a%20good%20mix.%20%20I%20need%20to%20remember%20my%20almond%20extract%20more%20often.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESee%20you%20for%20hump%20day.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
