Ingredientes

  • 3 eggs + 1 yolk
  • 500 g. flour
  • 300 g. sugar
  • 300 g. almonds
  • 60 g. butter
  • Salt
  • 25 g. baking powder
  • Lemon

Direcciones

  1. Sift the flour and make a well; adding the salt, baking powder, sugar, butter, and the eggs beating them in the well.
  2. Now add the flour, a little at a time, then the almonds.
  3. Form a cord of dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake (170C) for approximately 30 minutes, until golden. Remove and let cool. Now cut diagonally into (1 cm) slice. Place in oven to brown.
