Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 5 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly almond extract
  • 2 c. & 2 tbsp. flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • Healthy pinch of salt

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs with sugar, oil and flavoring. Stir in flour, baking pwdr and salt. Roll in palm of hands into a ball, using about 1 tbsp. of dough for each cookie. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min at 400 degrees.
