Ingredientes

  • 125 gm butter
  • 2 c. Granita biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, grnd

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter, stir in finely crushed biscuit crumbs, water and cinnamon and mix to a hard paste.
  2. Press into a spring form pan, chill for 15 min.
  3. Use as a substitute for short pastry in cheesecakes and other cool and baked open tarts.
  4. A simple base for cheesecakes and tarts.
