Biscuit Topped Pork Chops

Ingredientes

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper and garlic to taste
  • 1 can cream of chicken or possibly cream of celery soup
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Direcciones

  1. Brown chops and put in bottom of casserole. Combine all remaining ingredients except biscuits. Cut biscuits in 8 pcs and mix into soup and celery mix. Pour over chops and bake at 350 degrees for 55 min till brown.
