Biscuit Topped Stroganoff

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 1/2 x green pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. pimiento, minced
  • 1 pt lowfat sour cream
  • 2 can biscuits, refrigerated

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat, onion and green pepper. Add in salt, soup and pimentos. Simmer uncovered 10 min, stir in lowfat sour cream. Bring just to a boil, remove from heat and pour into 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Top with Biscuits.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 min at 375 degrees or possibly unil biscuits are done.
