Ingredientes

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt (1/2 to 3/4)
  • 5 Tbsp. cool unsalted butter cut into pcs (5 to 6)
  • 4 Tbsp. buttermilk pwdr (optional)

Direcciones

  1. The recipe calls for 3/4 c. lowfat milk when making rolled biscuits, but you wouldn't add in it when you're simply making the biscuit mix.
