Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 c. Nonfat lowfat milk Serves 18 42%

Direcciones

  1. A light fluffy biscuit without the saturated fat.
  2. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt. Measure oil and lowfat milk into c. but do not stir. Add in all at once to flour mix.
  3. Stir with fork till mix leaves side of bowl and forms ball. Knead 10 times. Roll out (1/4" thick) and cut with floured glass or possibly biscuit cutter.
  4. Bake 10-12 min.
