Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn peas
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Rolled biscuits
  • 1 1/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse peas to separate. Heat peas, chicken, soup, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, salt and pepper to boiling, stirring frequently. Prepare rolled biscuits as directed on Bisquick package. Pour warm chicken mix into baking dish (11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch). Sprinkle with cheese. Place biscuits on cheese. Bake till peas are tender, about 20 min. 5 servings.
