Ingredientes

  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Cut in shortening till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add in lowfat milk, stir till dough clings together. Knead gently on lightly floured surface. Roll to 1/2" thickness, cut with 2 1/2" cutter. Put on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 to 12 min. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
