Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. Ham, cube
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, soft

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside. Combine lowfat sour cream and egg; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just till moistened.
  2. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently 4 to 5 times. Roll to 1/2" thickness; cut with a 2-1/2" biscuit cutter. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  3. Meanwhile in a blender or possibly processor, process ham till finely chopped. Add in butter and continue processing till well mixed. Spread over hot biscuits.
