Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. minced dates
  • 1 c. maraschino cherries, liquid removed and minced
  • 6 ounce. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven. Combine Large eggs and sugar. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt together. Add in to egg mix. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake 1 1/4 hrs. Cold in pan 10 min. Place on wire rack and cold. Slices best the second day and freezes well.
