Bisquick Deepdish Cheesecake Coffee Cake

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk Cheese filling (below)
  • 1/4 c. Strawberry, apricot or possibly raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix baking mix, margarine and lowfat milk; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix. Knead 30 times. Pat dough proportionately into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9x1-1/2 inch round pan.
  3. Prepare cheese filling: Beat all ingredients with hand beater till smooth. Pour over dough.
  4. Bake till edge is golden and filling is set, about 30 min.
  5. Cold 10 min. Spread with preserves. Serve hot. 8 servings.
