Bisquick Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1lb. frozen mixed vegetable, thawed, and drained
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup ( I used chicken gravy due to dairy allergy)
  • 1 cup bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In ungreased 2 quart casserole mix vegetables, chicken, and soup until well blended.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wisk until well blended. Pour over chicken mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
