Ingredientes

  • 5 lb All-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Salt
  • 2 1/2 c. Powdered lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Cream of tartar
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 lb Vegetable shortening
  • 3/4 c. Baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Stir together dry ingredients; cut in shortening till it resembles corn meal. Place in large container; keep cold.
  2. Biscuits: 3 c. Homemade Bisquick 3/4 c. water Blend and knead about 10 strokes. Cut out and bake in preheated 450 degrees oven.
