Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 x rib-eye or possibly strip steaks - (6 to 8 ounce ea) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. crumbled creamy blue cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then add in them to skillet. Cook till steaks are nicely browned on the bottom, about 4 min. Turn steaks over, top with cheese and cook another 3 to 4 min for medium-rare.
  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
