Ingredientes

  • 3 lb pork loin back ribs fat trimmed (baby back ribs)
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/4 c. sriracha or possibly Louisiana warm sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. habanero chili warm sauce - (to 3) see * Note
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp grnd allspice

Direcciones

  1. Note: For heat level 1, add in 1 Tbsp. habanero chili warm sauce; for level 2, add in 2 Tbsp.; for level 3, add in 3 Tbsp.. Tested with Huy Fong Tuong Ot Sriracha Warm Chili Sauce and Vampfire Warm Sauce, and with El Yucateco (red) habanero sauce.
  2. Line an 11- by 17-inch roasting pan with foil. Arrange pork ribs in pan in a single layer and bake in a 450 degrees oven till browned, about 20 min. Turn ribs over and bake till other side is browned, about 10 min. Throw away fat from pan.
  3. Meanwhile, combine catsup, hoisin, lemon juice, sugar, garlic, sriracha warm sauce, habanero warm sauce, cinnamon, and allspice.
  4. Baste ribs with half of sauce. Cook for 10 min, turn over, baste with rest of sauce, and bake till well-browned, 10 to 15 min more.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
