Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/3 c. Fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/8 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter -- don't substitute
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Consomme
  • 1 med Onion -- finely minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic -- finely Minced

  1. Soak crumbs in lowfat milk. Squeeze crumbs to remove excess lowfat milk. In a bowl, combine moistened crumbs, grnd beef, salt, pepper, onion and garlic. Mix well preferably with your hands. Form mix into six approximately 5.5 oz patties. Dredge patties w
  2. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add in the meat patties and cook for 5 min on each side. Don't overcook. Remove patties to a heated serving dish and keep them hot.
  3. Add in lowfat sour cream and consomme to skillet and cook for two min. Season to taste. Bring to boil, stirring all the time to prevent lowfat sour cream from curdling and constantly keep onscraping the bottom of the skillet till all the brown meat crust from fryin
