Bitter Chocolate Truffles

Ingredientes

  • 150 ml Double cream
  • 400 gm Bitter chocolate, broken small pcs
  • 4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, softened Best quality unsweetened cocoa pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Makes 450g/1lb
  2. In a saucepan, boil the double cream till reduced to 2 tbsp. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate till melted. Add in the butter and stir gently, then pour on to a large flat plate. Put in the fridge for 45 min till chilled and set.
  3. With a tsp., scrape across the chocolate so which it forms a rough truffle shape in large curls, not balls! Roll them in dry cocoa pwdr.
  4. Refrigeratein fridge for at least half and hour before serving.
