Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 x garlic clove - (to 2) thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 x heads bitter greens torn bite size (such as frisee, radicchio, endive, and dandelion)
  • 2 x green onions thinly sliced
  • 3 x hard-cooked Large eggs peeled, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. capers

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add in the greens and green onions and toss to coat well. Top with Large eggs and capers.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  3. Comments: For perfectly hard-cooked Large eggs, place Large eggs in a large pot with cool water to cover. Bring just to a boil then remove from heat. Cover pot and let stand 15 min. Rinse under cool water and peel.
