Black And White Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. melted fat
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. cocoa, dissolved in warm water to make a drippy paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Nuts, optional

Direcciones

  1. Mix melted fat with sugar. Add in Large eggs and mix again. In a separate bowl mix baking soda and lowfat milk (this gets foamy and may splatter) then add in to above mix and mix. Add in cocoa mix to above and mix. Add in flour to above and mix (may be too thick now for electric beater - use spoon). Add in vanilla and mix.
  2. Bake 10-12 min at 350 degrees. Drop by tsp. for normal cookies (makes 4 dozen).
  3. Drop by bigger spoon for Black and White cookies (makes 20 cookies).
  4. When cold frost 1/2 with cream cheese frosting and 1/2 with chocolate chip frosting.
