Ingredientes

  • 2 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Minced Green Chilies
  • 1 jar Salsa, (medium or possibly mild)
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce.) Lowfat sour cream
  • 12 ounce Mexican-type Cheese, grated Tortilla Chips

Direcciones

  1. Serves Many
  2. Drain and mash black beans, leaving some whole. Add in chilies, salsa, lowfat sour cream, and half the grated cheese. Blend well.
  3. Cover with remaining cheese and bake at 350-F degrees for about 30 min, or possibly till bubbly.
  4. Serve hot with plain Tortilla Chips.
