Ingredientes

  • 30 ounce Black beans
  • 2 c. Chicken broth, fat free
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 whl carrot, sliced
  • 1 whl yellow onion, minced
  • 1 whl idaho potatoes, grated
  • 2 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne
  • 2 Tbsp. Ons, fresh cilantro minced
  • 1/3 c. Fresh lemon juice Nonfat lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. In a large stock pot combine the beans, broth, water, carrot, onion, potato, celery, oregano, cumin , cayenne and cilantro. Cook over medium heat for 20 min.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice just before serving.
  3. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. nonfat lowfat sour cream.
