Black Beauty Pudding Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. light cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
  • 1/2 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • Liquid or possibly other ingredients required in mix (egg-water)
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch cake pan. Put chocolate chips, cream and boiling water into a blender, and cover and process till smooth. Pour sauce into cake pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Put water and egg needed for cake into blender. Add in cake mix, cover and mix till blended. Add in nuts. Pour batter over sauce. Bake about 40 min. Serve hot, spoon cake into plates. Pudding will be under cake. Spoon extra pudding on top of cake. Serves 9.
