Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. Mashed bananas (about 3 med)
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Baking cocoa

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in egg and vanilla; beat till thoroughly combined. Blend in the bananas. Combine the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; add in to creamed mix and mix well. Divide batter in half. Add in cocoa to half; spread into a greased 13x9x2-in. baking pan. Spoon remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 F. for 25 min or possibly till the bars test done. Cold.
