Ingredientes

  • For the filling:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • For the cupcake:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 2 t. vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt in bowl, mix well. (It's OK for cream cheese to be in small lumps as cheese will melt) Stir in chocolate chips, set aside.
  3. Beat all remaining ingredients until blended. Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full. Top each with a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake in oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Check after 20 minutes, cream cheese should be white in color- not brown.
