Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Line muffin c. with papers or possibly tins. Using a wooden spoon, blend cream cheese, egg, sugar, & salt in mixing bowl. Carefully fold chocolate chips set aside.
  2. Cupcake outside: 1 1/2 c. flour (sifted) 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 c. water 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 Tbls. white vinegar 1 tsp vanilla
  3. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl & mix well. Add in remaining ingredients & blend thoroughly. Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full. Drop one heaping Tbls. cream cheese mix into center of each. Bake 25-30 (or possibly till done) at 375 degrees.
  4. Makes 1 1/2 dozen (this one really doesmake this many)
  5. Creamy inside:
