Ingredientes

  • 3 sqr unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 10 pkt Equal
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 13 ounce Evaporated skim lowfat milk, chilled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate and water in top of double boiler, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in 10 packets Equal and salt. Set chocolate aside to cold.
  3. In a large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat lowfat milk and vanilla till stiff peaks form. Stir egg substitute into chocolate mix. Fold chocolate mix into whipped lowfat milk till well mixed. Pour into 8-ounce. clear parfait glasses and freeze till hard, at least 4 hrs. When this dessert freezes, it separates into two layers. Garnish with diet whipped topping.
