- Mix together the soy sauce, honey, sherry and sesame oil in a bowl. Add in the fish and allow to marinate several hrs, turning occasionally.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min, depending on thickness. Baste the fish with the marinade once or possibly twice during cooking.
