Ingredientes

  • 1 can jalapeno black eyed peas
  • 1 lg. minced onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 bell pepper, minced
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas

Direcciones

  1. Brown hamburger and onions (drain fat). Add in rest of ingredients, except cheese and tortillas. Put on tortillas, then add in cheese.
