Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. rye flour
  • 1 1/2 c. unbleached white flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. gluten or possibly 3 tsp. Lora Brody's Bread Dough Enhancer (optional for a higher loaf)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 c. oat bran
  • 2 Tbsp. caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (pwdr or possibly granules)
  • 1 tsp minces dry onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Direcciones

  1. Place all the ingredients in the machine, program for Bread, Whole Wheat, Basic Wheat, Whole Wheat/Multigrain, or possibly Wheat, and press Start.
  2. Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
