Ingredientes

  • 4 sqr unsweetened chocolate (1 ounce ea)
  • 1 c. Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 c. KAHLUA
  • 2 Tbsp. Vodka
  • 1 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Minced walnuts or possibly toasted sliced almonds Powdered sugar (opt)

Direcciones

  1. Line bottom of 13x9" baking pan with waxed paper. Heat chocolate and butter with pepper in small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat.
  2. Combine Large eggs, sugar and vanilla in large bowl; beat well. Stir in cooled chocolate mix, Kahlua and vodka. Combine flour, salt and baking pwdr; add in to chocolate mix and stir till blended. Add in walnuts.
  3. Spread in prepared pan.
  4. Bake in 350'F. oven just till toothpick inserted in conter comes out clean, about 25 min. Don't OVERBAKE. Cold in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you like.
  5. Makes about 30 brownies.
