Ingredientes

  • 1 box yellow cake mix, pudding-in-the-cake
  • 4 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant coffee pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Vodka
  • 1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips, mini
  • 1/2 c. Nuts, minced
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/8 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 c. Vodka
  • 1/8 c. Kahlua

Direcciones

  1. CAKE: Heat oven to 325. Grease and flour 10" tube pan. Mix together cake mix, Large eggs, cool water, oil, coffee pwdr and vodka. Beat vigorously for 2 mins, then stir in chips & nuts. Pour in tube pan and bake 50 - 60 mins.
  2. till toothpick tests clean. Cold. Remove from pan.
  3. GLAZE: Heat butter in saucepan. Stir in water & sugar. Boil exactly 5 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vodka & kahlua.
  4. Prick top & sides of cake and drizzle glaze proportionately over top & sides.
