Ingredientes

  • 1 x clove garlic PLUS
  • 1 tsp powdered garlic chopped
  • 15 ounce canned Eden Soy Organic Black Soy Beans liquid removed
  • 1 sm yellow onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tsp green onions minced

Direcciones

  1. Serving Size: 4
  2. Pierce top of unpeeled onion with fork in 2-3 places. Place in a small microwave dish. Microwave on high 2-3 min. Remove from microwave, peel and chop. Place the onion with all the remaining ingredients in a food processor, process till smooth. Before serving mix in green onions or possibly use as a garnish. Serve with fat-free chips.
  3. NOTES : I've had this book for about a year and am now finally looking at it. All the recipes are essentially fatfree. The author is a crazy guy who is fun to listen to and watch. I enjoyed his cooking class a few years ago, and would attend again. Many of the recipes use specific products - from folks who support his classes, such as Edensoy and Mori-Nu. I paid just $10 to the local heart assoc. for a full morning class.
