Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 sm Can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Black walnuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, butter, oil and Large eggs. Add in vanilla. Mix well. Combine evaporated lowfat milk and water, add in to batter to make a smooth consistency. While beating, add in black walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min (Till toothpick comes out clean). Frost with a cream cheese frosting.
