Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. Flour sifted
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Black walnuts minced
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 1/4 c. Brown sugar sifted Packed
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate Melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate heat
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 3 Tbsp. Light cream
  • 1 1/4 c. Confectioners' sugar sifted

Direcciones

  1. Mix and sift flour, baking soda, pwdr and salt; add in nuts and mix.
  2. Cream butter and add in sugar gradually and cream till fluffy. Add in well-beaten egg and chocolate. Add in extract to lowfat milk. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk to creamed mix, mixing just sufficient after each addition to combine ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in a preheated oven for 12 min.
  3. When cold spread with chocolate frosting. Frosting: Combine chocolate, slightly beaten egg yolk, and cream; add in sugar and mix well.
