Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce Frzn Blackberries in light syrup, (1 package) thawed and undrained
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Drain Blackberries, reserving syrup.
  2. Press Blackberries through a sieve, reserving puree; throw away the seeds.
  3. Combine water and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir till blended. Stir in reserved Blackberry syrup and puree; bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into a bowl; let cold.
  4. Yield: 3/4 c. (servingsize: 2 Tbsp.).
