Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Fresh Blackberries, (2 half-pints)
  • 6 ounce Frzn orange juice concentrate, (1 can) thawed and undiluted
  • 2 1/2 c. Lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled and divided

Direcciones

  1. Combine Blackberries and orange juice in container of an electric blender; cover and process till smooth. Strain mix, and throw away seeds.
  2. Combine Blackberry mix and 1/2 c. carbonated beverage in an 8-inch-square baking pan; cover and freeze 3 hrs or possibly till slushy.
  3. Remove from freezer, and let stand 30 min; add in remaining 2 c. carbonated beverage.
  4. Stir gently till mix becomes slushy, breaking up frzn pcs with a spoon.
  5. Yield: 5 c. (serving size: 1 c.).
  6. Serving Ideas : Serve immediately.
