Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Blackberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

  1. Here's a great recipe for a fat free salad dressing. I love it with assortedd lettuces and cucumbers.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in 1 Tbsp. water. Stir well and set aside. Combine remaining 2/3 c. water, vinegars and honey in small non-aluminum saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in gelatin, cilantro and salt. Cover and refrigerate8 hrs. Stir well before serving.
  4. You could probably use kosher gelatin or possibly agar agar to make this a vegan dressing, but I haven't tried which yet. Let me know if you have success in making this vegan.
