Ingredientes

  • 4 x Ribeye Steaks - each cut 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 stk butter
  • 8 Tbsp. Blackened Seasoning mix Caution - Smoke Hazard!
  • 2 prt garlic pwdr
  • 2 prt black pepper
  • 2 prt dry basil
  • 2 prt cayenne pepper
  • 1 prt salt
  • 1 prt white pepper
  • 1 prt dry oregano
  • 1 prt onion pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Heat iron skillet on flame till skillet is very warm. Coat both sides of steaks with Blackened Seasoning. Drop butter on skillet and quickly stir it around till melted (be careful of flames). Place steaks on skillet and cook under high heat for three min on each side, ONLY flip once.
  2. Immediately remove and serve. Serve with a baked potato and steamed asparagus.
