Blackwolf Run's Corn Sausage Chowder

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 c. coarsely minced onion
  • 4 c. 1/2 in. cubed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, crushed
  • 1.8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. In Dutch oven or possibly kettle, cook sausage and onion till sausage is brown and onions are tender. drain on paper towel. Return to Dutch oven with potato, seasonings and water. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer just till potatoes are tender 15 to 20 min. Add in corns and lowfat milk and heat to serving temperature.
